Return/Exchange Guidelines

Orders returned without an Return Authorization # number will be charged a $10.00 processing fee.

Please keep all packing material and documentation that may be necessary for return. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of date of delivery, provided items are returned freight pre-paid (in new, saleable condition). Refunds to credit card accounts may take up to 10 Days after we receive the return.

There is a 10% restocking fee for all incorrectly ordered items. (Wrong sizes, changed mind)

Shipping fees are never refunded unless we send you an item you didn't order.
